Refund Policy

Effective date: March 1, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for the MuneroHQ Pro plan, operated by MuneroHQ Software Solutions Inc., British Columbia, Canada.

Pro Plan Subscription — $19 CAD/month or $190 CAD/year

MuneroHQ Pro is a recurring subscription billed in advance (monthly or annually). When you upgrade to Pro, you are billed immediately for the current billing period and gain instant access to all Pro features.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Subscription page using the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation is immediate and no further charges will be made. You will retain access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Because MuneroHQ provides immediate access to all Pro features upon purchase, all subscription charges are final and non-refundable.

The only exception is a duplicate charge: if you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a billing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Charges from prior billing periods
  • Partial months following cancellation (access continues until period end)
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described prior to purchase

How to Report a Duplicate Charge

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same billing period, email us at support@munerohq.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The dates and amounts of the duplicate charges

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
